Every redemption request is handled by the Vault team, packed securely, and shipped with protection based on the value you declare for your items.

How Redemptions Work
Redeeming slabs from your Vault is straightforward:
- Open your profile menu
- Select Redemptions
- Choose the slabs you want shipped
- Enter each card’s estimated value (used to determine insurance coverage)
- Confirm your shipping address
- Pay the redemption fees and shipping costs
- Receive email confirmation of your order
Once your redemption is placed, the Vault team prepares your shipment and sends it out.
Redemption orders typically ship within one week, though orders pending payment may see a brief delay.
Understanding Shipping Insurance
Insurance protects your shipment if it is lost or damaged during transit. The payout is based on whichever is lower:
- Your declared valueor
- The card’s actual estimated worth
Examples:
- Declare $5,000 for a card worth $250 → Insurance pays $250
- Declare $75 for a card worth $350 → Insurance pays $75
To ensure proper coverage, make sure your declared value accurately reflects what the card is worth.
Shipping Costs & Redemption Fees
Each redemption order includes:
- $2 per card redemption fee
- Shipping costs (based on size, weight, and destination)
- Insurance cost (based on declared values)

Where Slab Dynasty Ships
Slab Dynasty currently ships within the United States.
International users may still participate by:
- Printing their own inbound label for submissions
- Handling outbound and inbound customs themselves
- Contacting support for special instructions when needed
Important Packaging & Submission Rules
To ensure safe handling:
- Each submission order must be packaged separately
- Each package must include the correct order number
- Damaged shipments may be returned to the sender
- Packages must be sealed securely with reinforced tape

For existing redemption orders already in progress, contact support to adjust your shipping information.
How Long Redemptions Take
