Slab Dynasty Submissions and Grading
Submissions & Grading allow collectors to send their own slabs to the Slab Dynasty Vault so they can be traded, sold, listed in auctions, redeemed, or managed just like any other slab in the ecosystem. Whether you’re onboarding an existing collection or planning to move high-value cards into a secure environment, the submission process ensures everything is authenticated, processed, and vaulted correctly.
Once your slabs enter the Vault, they function exactly like slabs pulled from Dynasty Packs: instantly tradeable, immediately listable, permanently tracked, and protected within Slab Dynasty’s ecosystem.
How Long Submissions Take
Once your submission is received and processing begins, Slab Dynasty aims to have your slabs authenticated, cataloged, and added to your Vault within 14 days.
This includes:
- Intake and inspection
- Authentication
- Security screening
- Image capture and cataloging
- DPOC creation
- Vault placement
When processing is complete, your slabs appear automatically in your Vault.
What Types of Cards You Can Submit
Slab Dynasty accepts slabs that meet all of the following:
- Graded by PSA, BGS, SGC, or CGC
- Standard-size card dimensions: 2.5″ x 3.5″
- Supported thicknesses: 35pt, 130pt, 180pt
- Valued above $50
Slab Dynasty does not accept:
- Raw cards
- Slabs from unsupported grading companies
- Oversized cards
- Cards outside the accepted value range
- Cracking and re-slabbing requests
Submissions must match Vault standards to maintain uniformity, security, and accuracy.
Authentication & Security Screening
Every submitted slab undergoes a full authentication review before it is added to your Vault.
During screening, Slab Dynasty checks for:
- Authenticity
- Tampering
- Counterfeits
- Mislabels
- Structural or encapsulation abnormalities
If a card fails authentication, it is immediately removed from the order and returned to the sender.
You will receive an email notification explaining:
- Why the card was rejected
- What happens next
- When and how it will be returned
Slab Dynasty acts fast to ensure invalid slabs never enter the ecosystem.
Handling of Counterfeit or Rejected Cards
If a card is identified as counterfeit or non-original:
- It is not vaulted
- You receive an email detailing the issue
- The item is shipped back promptly
No counterfeit card ever enters circulation or the Vault.
What If My Item Is Mislabeled?
If you believe a slab was mislabeled:
- Contact support with clear front and back images of the slab
- Provide a brief explanation of the issue
- Slab Dynasty will review and guide you through the free correction process
If the error is confirmed, the slab will be corrected at no cost to you, including return shipping.
